Florian Schmaus 5a56ff011b Add XMPPConnection.getStreamId() 
and remove getConnectionID().

Also make streamId a field of AbstractXMPPConnection. Most XMPP
connection types have a streamId, it appears to be optional when BOSH
is used though.
