Java SE as well as OkHttp use 'WebSocket' (not 'Websocket'). Let us do
the same.

6533cb7ed1 Introduce smack-websocket-okhttp 
This uses Java's Service Provider Interface (SPI) to abstract
different WebSocket implementations.
