Florian Schmaus 66370c7ef5 [core] Add SmackConfiguration.TRUELY_ASYNC_SENDS 
This option is meant a quick and dirty hack until
XMPPConnection.sendStanza() throws a dedicated Exception in case the
connection's outgoing queue is full.
